Any risks for drinking too much milk ?

I'm currently on a bulking phase and most of my protein comes from dairy then eggs. So I want to know if drinking too much milk can cause negative health effects. By too much I mean around 5 cups or more daily.

5 cups is fine. Unless its affecting you in anyway that you are noticing you should cut back, but if not, have at it.

Too much milk can cause drowning.

    But srsly,

As long as the consumption is not detrimental to your goals (macros), then you are fine

If drinking that many cups fits in your caloric and macro goals, then go for it.

As long as you aren't lactose intolerant, I don't see a problem.

I'd probably sh*t my pants, but if you handle milk fine then their is no reason to avoid it.

No negatives that I'm aware of. Like any other single food item, just be aware of calorie/macro/micro content, and fit them into your daily requirements.

For what it's worth, Harvard lists a few negatives of high milk consumption:

These statements are based on epidemiological studies though. The reliability is questionable.
