    How do you attain that hard, dry look?

    Natty. Even when I cut to ~10% bf I always look soft, no vascularity. Is it just that I'm not lean enough? Too much sodium?

    I'm talking about this look (devils)





    I always look puffy

    I see guys on here at 10% who look dry as fuark. I always look like I'm bloated.

    Just curious, does drinking TOO much water, taking in less sodium (also sweating some off in the sauna, cardio etc), cause someone to look bloated because the body tries to compensate for it by storing any electrolytes? Sometimes I drink tons of water after having something high in sodium/sugar in an attempt to avoid the bloated look but end up looking worse than if I just drink a slightly larger amount.

    You look that lean by getting that lean...

    Basically you wont ever look that "dry" unless you get as shredded as possible and then stay depleted forever.

    How vascular you are is all genetic, which would obviously help with the dry look.

    I think its more to do with the relative consumption of sodium rather than the absolute amount. If you consume the same amount of sodium day in and out it most likely wont affect your water retention regardless of how much or how little you consume.
