eat calorie surplus and don't be afraid of fat gains, understand that without a certain thing that may not be said you will not gain muscle without fat gains.
Once I accepted that fat gains will come I started making good progress in strength and muscle gains.

I get my macros and eat at a calorie surplus. I only eat grilled meat, vegetables, fruit, yogurt, whey, peanut butter, rice, potatoes, etc.
Haven't had fast food or junk food since my brother's birthday in April.
I like cardio so I eat extra on cardio days.
I think if you only worry about macros (eat whatever gets you there) and nothing else you might hurt your health. I have perfect cholesterol and blood pressure, and I don't just attribute it to just exercise.
Trying to keep longevity tied in with my goals.

Just started my first bulk as well... Guesstimating everything because I'm too lazy to count cals
I'm gonna end up dreamer bulking srs lol... already feel fattier in my mid section, but also feel ''bigger'' and definitely enjoying the increase in strength.

Few q's as I just started the dirty bulk yesterday. Yesterday was kind of a binge and slightly today as well as I've been so focused on cutting for a while being able to enjoy these foods is great.
But anyhow;
1: do you guys feel like garbage while dirty bulking?
2: do you get used to the stomach bloat?
3: with only being 2 days in, is it normal for my body to already appear less lean?
4: estimatedly how many cals do you guys end up reaching each day? I lost count tbh. I could be at 8k
I'm trying to accept the fact that I will gain fat. I'm very body dystrophic disordered or whatever so it's a process. Exposure as well!

perma bulking for past 4 or 5 years. I don't see the point of getting fat just to gain muscle, if weightlifting is just a hobby of mine. Also do not have enough motivation or discipline to go on a cutting diet if I did a real bulk.
Additionally, I hate feeling bloated and like gutter trash when I eat a ****load. This happens nearly everytime I get baked. I eat and eat and eat, then wake up the next day feeling bloated and hungover. Two nights ago I ate (after already consuming my 3k calories a day that I try to hover around):
Frozen pizza
4 donuts
box of cheezits
2 bowls of cookie crisp
can of cashews
snickers
skittles
pint of ice cream
seriously do not know how I am not fat, must have a parasite. Two months ago I was getting ripped every night and eating nonstop at night.Opeth, Vai, and Lamb of God enthusiast.
