I am considering using creatine. I want to try it really bad but I don't know what are some good brands. Can you reccomend me some brands? And also should I take them in tablet/capsule form or powder/liquid form?

Has anyone ever tried to mix powerade or gatorade mix with creatine because it seems to me that it would be the same premise as is behind cell tech, loading simple sugars with creatine but is like ten times cheaper, I've been using powerade mix and have seen some good gains, I was just wondering if anybody had thought of that or does that.
