I have been working glutes for around 6 months with the goal of getting them bigger. It will probably take a few years for me to get the glutes that I want but that's ok cause I have time and I enjoy lifting.
First pic was taken March 28, 2013 and the "after" a few days ago.
I bulked up from around 90 lbs to 98 lbs and gained 1.5" around my glutes since March and will continue to bulk. My glutes are at 34" now from 32.5" in March. Will keep going until it's 36" at least. Does it look better?
Can you see a difference? I can but it's very subtle; not dramatic but I see a slight difference.
I tip toed in the after pic because i also tip toed in the first pic and wanted the before and after pics to be as similar as possible. Even made sure the pose was similar.
1st pic is before, second pic is after
And a bikini bottom pic, 1st is before, 2nd after
I found another before pic of me in a bikini bottom
Now but without standing on tippie toe
Current routine is to work glutes/legs 3x a week (1 day light)
Hip thrusts, low bar squats, romanian deadlifts, calf presses on leg press, leg press with legs high up for glute focus and donkey kicks on smith machine.
