Hey guys iv been working out around 2 or three months now, gone up from 143 to 152lb over that period, although i havnt got any decent before pics, however il post my 1 before pic that i have (with tee on but can see my frame) and then the second pic is a current one.
I want to know what body fat % im roughly at, and what you think so far
