    Over doing fats

Hi guys, i use myfitnesspal to track my calories and fats. I aim to get around 140-150g of proteins a day and around 80 in fats. However, sum days i have over done the fats because i drink alot of whole milk to reach my calories then i have, for example, a high ish fat meal for dinner because i didnt plan my meal and have gone over my fats to around 110g sometimes more etc etc.

    1. How will this affect my bulk in terms of energy, aesthetics etc

    2. If theres any more advice thatd be great
    Current: 152lb - 5"8

fats arent bad for you. you may end up with high cholesterol or something like that, which is fixable, but as long as you hit your calorie limit you're fine as far as body composition goes. maybe even better off because you might go into ketosis.

It's fine. Fat and protein targets are minimums. I eat well over my 70g fat requirement everyday. As long as calories are in check and all other nutrient needs are met.
