Milk ( The Devil? )

People say we don't need milk as an adult. However, as I grew up in an asian country and I did not drink enough milk when I was a kid. Now, here in America i drink 3 cups of milk a day 24oz. Is it harmful for your bodY?

No, unless you're lactose intolerant and don't supplement lactase, have fun with the gastrointestinal problems.

Saw an interesting quote about milk that I hadn't seen before:
