Ive displaced my left ribs two times now. Where the rib has subluxed and cause pain and bruising that lasts several weeks.
Both times this has happened squatting.
Has this happened to anyone?
Im wearing my belt as low as i can, any lower amd it would be on my hip bones.
Tips? Prehab ideas?
Thanks,
Tim

Ive seen this happen to a guy that tried to use my belt. Are you really lean, sounds like skinny guy problems?
