after 1 year of work you better have made at least $120k american if your gonna drop $40k right off the bat like that. What you did sounds like something I would have done 6 years ago though. Now though, I probably would have waited a couple more years to go out and buy a brand new car like that. It's about who you know not what you know. Talk to people, listen to them, and most of all keep in touch. Got my current job by knowing someone in the bank, don't think I would have without that connection. End of the day if you want to be rich hang out with rich people.
