Day 1 cheat back
Day 2 legs and abs
Day 3 shoulders and arms
Day 4 cheat back
Day 5 legs and abs
Day 6 shoulders and arms
Day 7 rest
Day 8 rest
I thought I'd have a long 6 day split, then rest for 2 days. The workouts will shift one day each week which is fine with me. Would you change anything about this? Thanks for your thoughts and advice!
