and I thought Jay's preparation was not enough for him to win. give the man a year and he could regain his title. Phil looked great but Kai owned him. lol @ judges pulling him out of the line towards the end of prejudging. what a joke. Wolf on the other hand looked like Mr Olympia to me. lower back seemed to be improved this years prejudging and his quads looked ridiculous.

Winklaar is back at his home base in Curacao. Sibil stayed in the Netherlands. He could never keep his off-season size when she dieted him down, especially his legs and lats from the front.

I felt Phil was beating Kai this year, Kai needs to dial it in a little for the finals, but I think it's 3 titles for Phil. Kai second, Wolf third, although they could be interchangeable, Wolf is THAT good.

Wolf looked great, pity the high lats is held against him so much. Structure is all that separates most of the top 5. If Rhoden adds a bit more mass and comes in peeled no way they could say Heath has superior structure.
