I was kinda shocked, expected him to dwarf other competers, give him 3-4 years and he will be in top 2-3 when he turn into 30's

Bodybuilding is about illusion. When you are not peeled and have very little separation and you are standing next to someone who has both it does not matter how much you weigh on a scale or how big you are.
If he ever develops hardness/separation and gets shredded then he could do some damage but that will probably be some years from now.Rep people who say they rep back but they never rep back crew

I wasn't on the hype train and am indifferent to how he looked. It is still a solid showing for a first O.

I still see a world beater in him, He can pack on more size and come in dry in a short period of time. The future is bright for this young man.
Take a load of his side chest/his standing relaxed/his abb and thigh, dude has it all.
He hasn't even begun to max out his frame, arms could be bigger, his wiiiide chest could fill out more, and his back hams and calves can be brought up.
He has a freakish waist and no doubt this guy can improve.
I kind of felt Rammy inflated his actual weight, 280 is where I would have him NOT 300, NOT YET.
Kuclo/wolf/beyeke/centopani are all big dudes and Rammy wasn't dominating them but he will he is like an overgrown pitbull.
SOON.

I haven't had a chance to check out the coverage as much as some of you guys but I think he looks good. He should've been in the first call-out IMO - he's good enough and obviously the fans would've liked to see the comparison. Watching the low-res footage released so far, I agree he didn't seem particularly outstanding - until he was lined up next to Jay and the camera finally zoomed in, when suddenly he seemed to dominate Jay Cutler. I would've liked to see the same close-ups against Phil, Kai, et al.
For me, it goes to show how impressive Dorian Yates' Olympia debut really was, that he could so decisively break into a well-established club and place so highly on his first attempt.

Landed right where he belonged. HRamy dwarfed Victor at the NYP because Victor was off....not because Ramy was that much bigger. That much is clear when you put Ramy in an Olympia line-up. He didn't dwarf anyone, in my opinion, and he lacks the gnarly condition/deep separation that it takes to be in the top callout.
Solid top 10 debut for Ramy. Now maybe people will temper their expectations a little bit.

I think people are excited about having a new big guy around. I am and he seems like a good guy as well. Time will tell but I thought people were getting a bit over zealous. He will be around for a while. Fans of his should stay fans and see where he goes. No need to run him out of the building now. This is not an easy game.
