Will never win an Olympia IMHO. Plus, he only looks 260-ish. Compare Ramy's muscle shape to Phil's and Ramy has no chance in hell.

He never expected to win either, this is just learning experience for him. I belive he will be top 7 tonight, he is still young and need work with seperation, condition wich comes with time.

Shoulders are too big for his chest. Quads are too big for his hams/calves. Width is too vast for his depth. Upper traps aren't great. Condition isn't nailed. Posing isn't nailed.

Exactly this. We know how much politics is involved.

He needs to make a huge effort in increasing his fan base and becoming fluent in English over the next year or two and he will be a real threat.

I think people are being far too critical of his Olympia debut. 8th is pretty dang good for a debut especially in this lineup. A lot of great BBers in this Olympia and IMO he should have placed higher than Jay.


That said, he has some seasoning to do. Could be thicker chest to back and needs better conditioning. If he can make those improvements while keep his midsection tight he has a chance to do some damage.

I think he did great on his first Olympia and will just keep improving!! He'll work on improving himself for next year and knows what to do!

i think its crazy what he can look like in the next couple years. a little better conditioning and he jumps 1-2 places at this Olympia. More size AND conditioning and he can jump into that 1 spot for sure.

Over hyped. If he can bring his calves, forearms, back and conditioning to somehow look like Dorian he would be a threat.

Right now he has that puffy look from too much isolation work. He needs to do more core moves to build dense mass and give him thicker forearms, and murder those calves.
