This is a joke.. What is a sport without fans? And how do you make a sport grow without gaining fans? Lol..
As much as I have been dying to watch the Olympia this year more than any other, I almost feel like I should try to take a stance and just not watch it..
Maybe instead of trying so hard to increase the prize money every year to competitors they need to invest in the FANS of the sport and get their shiot together and get a real stream going. Fark I would even pay $50 to get the whole weeknd in HD on pay per view. It is no fun to watch this trying to make out if what your seeing is a big muscle popping out of a competitors back or just a blur in 80's technology..
What are the people running bodybuilding thinking?

I agree re: no HDTV - even Pay Per View would be cool, I would drop the $50 between a few friends and watch at someone's house.
In saying that, stream has yet to start and it has been getting gradually better each year. Hopefully the stream will be 1080P quality...THE LEVRONE 2016 MR. OLYMPIA COMEBACK

If there was ever a time to try putting it on ppv again the time would be now with the exposure of Generation Iron and the fact that this may be one of the best Olympia lineups ever assembled. But one can only assume that there isn't enough revenue generated from a ppv to make it profitable otherwise you would think they would be doing it.

The stream's free.
Would you rather pay $19.95 like we had to back in '02 and '03?

Do you know what it takes to watch HD TV thru your cable company? It doesn't matter what it takes they get it done.
IFBB Mr. O is the biggest bodybuilding event of the year by the biggest BB organization there is.. Get some quality.
Unfortunatly it's mainly attitudes like yours that think this sport is in good enough condition it doesn't need to grow or improve. Other people would like to see this sport become more main stream.

The stream sucks every year. Everyone complains, then the pictures come out and we start arguing about other stuff and making memes. The stream quality gets forgotten. I've never streamed anything online so it's not a big deal to me, but I get why other folks are mad. That said, I don't think (and I could be wrong) but I wouldn't think a stream would be as useful as the pics anyway.
