Seriously, you are only 19. In the grand scheme of things you are still just a kid. Stop worrying so much about girls and focus on your career/gym now and in 3-4 years time you will really see the benefits of it.

Being a virgin at 19 is likely 'a little' late to be losing it but it's hardly worth worrying about to the extent that you do, heck I only lost mine at 18 and didn't sleep with another girl till I was 21, which was when I really grow up a little (put on some muscle, grew some facial hair, got a proper job).

Anyone one else here that is FA and never done anything with a girl always gets scared and makes it a self full filling prophecy? This school year two girls who are decently attractive I was told liked me. They also made it extremely obvious, but I just sort of ignored them then.

Here's what I don't get.

From what I understand about animals that follow a hierarchical power structure, there are Alpha and Beta males in nature. Take wolves for example. Do any of the Beta males ever just "Decide" to become Alpha? Do they tire of his bull****.. fuking all the female wolves.. eating first, and most of the food? No. They're beta for life. I don't understand why misc thinks it's some kind of conscious decision that you can just change on a whim. I've been this way for my entire life. I didn't choose it, it's just how things always were, have been, and will continue to be. I don't know how to be anything else.. I quite literally can't be anything else. At best I may be able to pretend/emulate "some" alpha traits, but only for short bursts and it never feels legitimate.
