just surround yourself with things to do, and people to be around at all times. Atleast you know you need to stop, Just get that will power.
Set a goal, like 2 days apart, then 4, then 6. to whatever you want. After 7 days your testosturone goes back down anyways. 6 can lead to a nice build up.

i wanted to know if mastrubation does have any harmful effects. i know it reduces the testosterone but what about the sexual life ? does mastrubation everyday hamper that? i am adicted to it and mastrubate everyday. i am 18 and have dropped training from a month, and will rejoin nex month... any kind of advice wud be appreciated, i know only u people can help me here. how do i focus on not to mastrubate everyday ????

LMFAO this is one of the funniest posts i've ever read, you've stopped training because u masturbate too much wtf??? I don't see how it's going to lower your testosterone? Do u think if u carry on you'll grow breasts and ur adams apple will dissolve? Masturbation... Interesting topic for the workout programs section, but, what the hell.

Masturbation has 1 primary ill affect. Most men do it. Most men don't consider it a problem. But if you ever plan on getting married, it CAN become an issue, and here's why.

When you have an orgasm, what happens in your brain? Your brain releases all kinds of endorphins, natural happy drugs, which your brain REALLY likes. And which, incidentally, are 4 times more powerful than heroine! Thus the reason so many guys masturbate quite frequently. You literally get high when you do it. The brain is not able to distinguish between right and wrong, good or bad, it's just an organ like any other in your body, albeit, slightly more complicated. It's tendency will be to become attached to whatever you where looking at, the visual queues, when it got that rush of "brain cookies". If the visual stimuli is repeated often enough, the brain will form a neural pathway to that primary stimuli. And whenever you see that stimuli, the brain will begin to expect it's cookies. So basically, Pavlov's dog. Ring the bell, feed the dog, ring the bell, feed the dog. Eventually, if you ring the bell, the dog will salivate because it's come to expect food based on the bell. So whatever you're typically looking at when you masturbate will become your bell. Look at it sometimes when you're not turned on, and you'll probably get turned on.

As a great example of this, I heard a story once, a true story, about a kid who grew up on a farm. He would masturbate at night before he went to sleep. In the process, his bed would make noise. When he woke up the next morning, his siblings would make fun of him, so he took steps to make sure no body would find out again. Whenever he wanted to masturbate, he would go out behind the barn and do it. WHEN he masturbated, he would be looking down, and he would see his boots. Growing up on a farm, he wore boots. He did it often enough, that his brain began to attach to his boots. Fast forward a number of years, and the guy has a freakin boot fetish. He NEVER throws away a pair of boots, and whenever he has sex with a woman, he has to have his boots on, or he can't do it.

Now. That example is a little extreme, but it illustrates the point. Why could this potentially be a problem? What happens when one day you get married, and want to spend the rest of your life with a woman? Who wants to be desired by you, wants to be cherished by you, etc. And you've been masturbating all these years to pictures from Playboy? And what happens when further, she doesn't exactly look like the models you masturbate to? The truth is, you will NOT be sexually satisfied with her. There's nothing wrong with her, but you will not be satisfied. You'll go back to what gets you going.

Now, again, I realize that most guys do it, and it's accepted as normal in our culture and our society. But I STRONGLY feel that it's not necessarily a healthy thing. If you EVER plan on getting married, and you'd like to be married longer than a year, you would do well to consider the long term consequences of your actions.

I'm married and I don't have to wear boots when I have sex. Then again, I didn't grow up on a farm and my wife is a hottie. My job is in the adult industry, so I see TNA all day long and my wife is still the biggest turn-on for me. I don't think masturbating will make you less turned on by the woman you love, unless she looks like a horse or something. Two things you can do about that:

1) Get a girlfriend or a regular f***buddy
2) Get really busy with schoolwork or something... focus those energies elsewhere.

I haven't done it but twice in like the last month, unfortunately due to #2 not #1. But when #1 was around then it wouldn't be much more often than a few times a month either.

And yea... jacking it too often will make lasting in bed harder. True story.
