Jay's trademark is width and overall size, he still will be one big dude standing up there, but take some size away and he will not farewell against many top competitors, he looks Healthier than ever and might be lean as ever as well.
I just don't see Jay bringing a mind blowing sandow deserving physique. All the best, dude deserves a lot of respect for competing and following through post injury. Jay is good people.

He honestly looks tiny as fuk to me compared to the past. In the press conference jacket pics anyway. In saying that I'm very intrigued to see what he looks like onstage though.

Phil and Kai were both on last year. Phil has been slightly more conditioned and Kai has been fuller (so you could make a case for them having a more maximally optimal overall package at a show or few), but Phil has never been as full and Kai had never been as cconditioned and both were dry, shredded and huge with significant improvements to all prior showings.Originally Posted by Mike Russo
