I made all my food for the week tonight.

So i saw all its glory on my table.

Feels nice doing it all up front like this, instead of spending 30 minutes every night making my meals for the next day.

Yeah they smell like chit too, especially when you first try and light them. Alright I'll have to check them out I don't mind using a stove to light them up

Been doing 3/4 body workouts lol. Smith machine squats and leg press for legs, and dumbells/machines for my left half of upper body.

3x a week to maintain some muscle mass while I cut

i am to the point now that I can eat 6-7k cals and not really be super full. my doctor cut my vyvanse prescription off because he said it can cause depression (total bs in my situation), and my appetite has come back with a vengeance. about to cook myself a morning steak before I go to starbucks lol.

I strained my back or pulled a muscle there haven't been able to lift but going to try and get back to low carbs or start carb cycling tomorrow

Can someone give me an example of carb cycling? It's normal for me to eat around 130-150g carbs on an avg day when not cutting, I have a really low metabolism

carb cycling would be something like 200g carbs one day, 175 the next, 150g, 125g etc. then one high day with like 500-600g carbs (refeed)
