bread doesnt taste different no matter if its 300cals a slice or 35. the sugar free strawberry preserves are actually fukin great and the PB is good too (its no JIF, but its good).

dude ive made them, they were terrible imo. brb runny PB2, BRB poverty SF jelly. i just dont eat PB and J while cutting. really the only low cal alternative i eat consistently either cutting or bulking is SF FF jello pudding. i dont like low cal, fat free highly processed stuff.

If my face starts to look bad I'm in obese mode lol. I found a pic of me in 2010 really skinny, can't believe how my face looks at that low of body fat. Goal is to get back to that with some muscle
