Just wanted to know, if anyone has any experience with bodybuilding while trying to gain sprinting speed. Is it possible? My coach basically said, only do the upper body, stay away from squats. Anyone else got an opinion?
screw it you cant do both- either track or bodybuilding... doing it together is pointless- the track training is way too much cardio and you wont put on any size... and he's right about staying away from squats...
