Current Workout: 6 days a week, each muscle group daily, 4-5 sets of 7 4 to 5 different exercises per muscle group. 30-60 minutes of cardio
Supplements: Dymatize Whey, Dymatize Casseine, BCAA, Multi-Vitamins, Hydroxycut Hardcore, ZMA, sleeping aid
Diet: 5-6 meals a day. 4 veggies sources, 4 protein sources (whey, fish, chicken, eggs) and 4 complex carb sources (i.e. quinoa, brown rice, fruits, 1 whole grain)
