OHP - 5/3/1
BP - BBB
It was hard. OHP was ok, BP killed me. Not used to >8 reps.

Felt good!
Ready for deadlift variation tomorrow
-need to edit my mistake. Accidentally used my Pr instead of 90%PR. it was hard. Hahafocus!
