Taste

Amazing. Cotton Candy, that’s all that needs to be said like the video states. Doug Miller has been known for making a great product, and intra-workout that is Artifical Coloring Free and Aspratame free. Not to mention it has an amazing aftertaste and intial burst on your tongue. Its not sweet and it’s the perfect blend of blue raz that is refreshing from the start to finish. Its hard to not try and slug this down and sip on it pre/intra-workout or between meals.

Mixability



0 Problems, as shown in the video. Just a touch of foam, but other than that Doug Miller and his products mix very easy.

10g of BCAA’s (5g Leucine)
2.5g Gltutamine
2.5g Beta-Alanine
2.5g Citrulline Malate

Very solid, gives you exactly what you want, an optimal dosage for an intra-workout and between meals (5g Leucine spaced 4-6 hours apart ) to maximize MPS (Muscle Protein Synthesis) also the inclusion of glutamine which you lose during training is good (even thought there is not much support in research to support it) but the BA and CM in good doses to help with performance, lactic acid build up, and overall pump on the product is great. A solid formula, again from a great company.

Cost

You get what you pay for, Doug has a very affordable product which can be found for 50 servings and 50$. 1$ a serving is very good for the formula you are getting and the flavoring to boot. Its that good you could sip on it all day long and a very competitive in the market now and days.

Overall Quality supplement from taste factor, formula factor, and overall cost factory. Nothing bad to be said about Doug Miller and CORE products. If you have not tried the Protein, MRP, or Core Fury off their line I would suggest them as great things to choose to supplement your arsenal.
