VPX Life Lift Bar- Cinnamon Bunz Ablaze

I've gone through a fair amount of Quest Bars and enjoyed every flavor but decided it was time to try something new. I had read some good things about VPX's Life Lift bars so decided to give them a try and ordered a box of Cinnamon Bunz Ablaze and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Here's my review of Cinnamon Bunz Ablaze:

Profile: Life Lift bars have a very similar profile to Quest Bars with 20g of protein and 20g of fiber. The ingredients are also similar with isolates as the protein source. Life Lift Bars are all natural which attracted me even more to them and the fact they market them as GMO-free was the icing on the cake (kudos to VPX). Overall I give Life Lift bar's profile a perfect score...10/10



Taste: I won't spend much time comparing to Quest Bar's Cinnamon Roll flavor but there is something worth pointing out and that's the texture. The texture of Life Lift bars completely blow Quest Bars away. Soft and chewy straight out of the wrapper, no microwaving required. The texture alone has gotten me hooked on these things.



As for the taste, it is very light. It definitely taste like a cinnamon bun but it is pretty faint. One thing in particular I noticed was that you can really taste real cinnamon when chewing, which was nice. The good thing about the taste being so light is that I can't see myself getting worn out on these, however even with that being said I think they could have made the flavor a tad stronger. 9/10

Overall I thoroughly enjoyed Cinnamon Bunz Ablaze and VPX Life Lift bars have become my new go-to protein bars (mainly because of the texture). Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is also delicious but that is another review for another time =D

Dang awesome review man. The texture of life lift bars compared to others is what I love. You described it perfectly. CBA is my favorite from the line. Glad to see we made another fan

I always thought I didn't like blueberries because I'd only had that artificial blueberry flavor you'll find in things like ice cream or the overly sweet pie filling type of stuff, but blueberry Life Lift was my favorite flavor in the line and it got me to try more blueberry flavored things, and I found the natural blueberry flavor is one I really do like...the same with strawberry...nothing fake or overly sweet, more natural and mild flavored, but that's something I really enjoy

Completely agree with this, blueberry blew me away.

Strawberry and apple cinnamon did it for me too.
