    Its such a small market I doubt any vegas casino would put up odds.

    Yeah this. It would be one thing if the the casinos knew what/how the physiques were judged and had a detailed scorecard showing on what categories people are ranked over the years.

    Fact of the matter is

    1)no one cares (at least not enough to warrant a casino doing this)

    2)no idea how its judged
