hey guys i have a question
For example if you can do 10kg 12 reps, 11 kg 10 reps and 12kg 8 reps and you want to increase weight do you start by adding more weight to the last set then second and last the first set or the other way around you increase weight on the first set so 2 sets of 11kg and last 12kg and then increase the second set and finally increase the third set?
