For the morans negging me, I'm not saying eating meat is bad. I'm saying that if you need to eat meat, don't buy it from the super markets, since they get their meat from slaughter houses. If you need to buy meat, get them at a local family farm if you can.

Animals that are tortured release a tremendous amount of stress hormones in their bloodstream and ends up in the meat/muscle. They are also fed an inordinate amount of antibiotics and other crap to keep them growing. There is no way it's healthy for you. That's what the video is about.

you dont need to be a vegetarian. just dont support people who dont give a **** about anything. know the farmer and how he treats, feeds and kills his/her animals. theres tons of organic farmers who are doing it right that way you get more nutritional value less toxins and the animals live a happy life.it really isnt that expensive
