I'm afraid to shoot alot of the new bows this year for this season...dayum, sorta jelly tho but not of the 1100 they want for a bare bow. Will wait a year and see them for half the price used on Archery Talk

I did have an arrow with a field point go through the other side of an old wooden garage door. I was a little surprised what 40lb limbs would do. I will probably get a tab, the gloves are kinda on the thin side so I can't shoot that much with them.

I made a thread for this earlier, but here is a back quiver I just finished making. I know back quivers aren't very functional, but they're fun to use. This is my first time making a quiver, and it works surprisingly well.

Went out with some buddies who have been shooting a while couple of days ago, was out for about 5 hours. There's a woodland target range near where I live and it was just heaven, its so relaxing being in the great outdoors. My groupings were pretty good too for my first time even at 35 yards. Made a couple of rookie errors at the start like twice the string hit my forearm because I was having my arm too straight.

Absolutely love this hobby its one of my favourite things to do now, if not my favourite.

Any time spent in the woods is time well spent.

Looks like we lost our lease. Other forums are posting some pretty good bone growth in Texas. It's been a rainy year so, we should have some good racks and fawn drops next year as well.

Put mine out a few days ago. I hadn't checked my food plots since I fertilized them this spring and the grass is choking them out pretty, good. Sucks it like a whole day affair to get a bush hog out there and mow them.

Got my trophy ridge react pro dialed in. How many arrows do you guys fling a day? I try to do 15 a day before work. Any more than that and I start throwing them all over the place.
