the Arnold pak looks pretty damn good but over forty bucks. you get a little fairy dusted cissus, 1000mg of fish oil, a decent superfood profile and some DAA. LOOKS good but you still gonna have to buy these anyway to get optimal doses. Price, for me is a deal ender right now.
As far as animal I ve been using animal pak for 12 years and I always seem to get more out of whatever im doing when on it and thats with using one pak or using one pack and a serving of univite on off daysHemavol
Potassium nitrate
Reboot
Phosphatidylserine

And Animal Pak isn't pixie dusted? One gram of BCAA or the marginal amount any of the other aminos in the "Amino Acid Complex" isn't doing much good but looking nice for label purpose. Not sure what benefit 25mg of carnitine in the "Performance Complex" will have for anyone. No standardized extracts used for the herbs in the Performance Complex either.

If you were to take it post workout, the AAs could be beneficial. There's also 3 gram of free form AAs per pack (it's a AA complex, not a BCAA/EAA specific complex). There's also a Uni-Liver tab in there. Good dose of choline, Hawthorne berry, milk thistle, quite a number of things which are dosed ok at 1 Pak and well at 2 Paks.
I think you're getting too caught up on what you assumed the product was designed as vs how the product was actually designed. You're expecting it to be a one stop shop for everything and the kitchen sink.Completed Logs & Reviews:
