I am thinking about ON Serious Mass or Mex Size max.
Which one would you recommend?
If both are not good which one is the best?

Look for something with low GI carb sources, Mass Gainz and Up Your Mass are both great options that fit that criteria.

Couldn't agree more with mass gainz. Quality whole food gainer with all carbs coming from oats and quinoa and MCTs for fats. Truly a rare gem impossible to beat.

gota admit haven't tried mass gains yet but everyone on forum has been repping for it. I would go with that but if you are really stuck between SRSmass and mex size max i would def go with srsmass

This. My GI distress issues really severely limit my ability to eat whole food so I must rely on liquid meals. I grow just fine at 5`1, 200lbs.
