Compared to animal Pak? That Iron Pak is not that good and makes the Animal Paks look far better. Not saying that Animal Pak has most of what's included being dosed well or anything but comparitively speaking, Animal Pak is dosed much better.

In my defense I went for Animal Pak because it can be had for a pretty cheap. For both packs you would have to add in ingredients if you wanted efficacious dosages of certain ingredients. The Iron Pack does have better forms of each vitamin and mineral, as well as better add ons IMO. So if money isn't an option I would grab the Iron Pack. But for average trainee who just wants a multi ~20 dollars for 44 days vs ~38 dollars for 30 days could be the deciding factor.

Ultimately I would opt for a different option entirely as with packs you are always paying for things you may not need and you are usually getting jipped on dosages.

Have you tried Myo-Vite? I wanted to try that as it looks solid but it's pretty darn expensive.

Looking at the Arnold Iron Pack, it seems many people (at least I do) probably spend at least $42.99 on everything it has in it. It's basically a combination of Dr. Feel Good, Anavite, and Orange Triad, plus some. It even has fish oil in it with a nice dose of DHA/EPA. I find it odd, though, that it has no cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) in it. I would be interested to hear the rational behind that. Though, you can get a two-month supply (5000 IU) at Wal-Mart for like five bucks.

For the past year I've been doing:
    Anavite
Kirkland Enteric Coated Fish Oil (3 times a day)
    Animal Flex
    Vitamin D3 (5000 IU once a day)
    LiverCare (2-3 times a day)
And alternating Green Supreme Fusion/Oximega Greens/Green Superfood every now and then.

    This month I've started:
    Orange Triad
Kirkland Enteric Coated Fish Oil (3 times a day)
    Vitamin D3 (5000 IU once a day)
    LiverCare (2-3 times a day)

I switched to that to lower costs.

    But if I took:
    Arnold Iron Pack
    Vitamin D3 (5000 IU once a day)
Kirkland Enteric Coated Fish Oil (1-2 times a day)

I should be getting much more for my dollar, especially since it has beta-alanine in it, a green superfood blend, and "cognitive" support (not that I buy into any of that, but the ingredients are certainly good).

The BA is part of a 1.425 gram test blend that consists of DAA, BCAA nitrates, BA, glycine, and nalcar. BA alone you should be dosing 3 grams a day. DAA you should be dosing 3 grams a day.

The joint complex is at a gram and consists of cissus and collagen.

The superfood and antioxidant blend combined is only 800 mg and consists of a list of ingredients which half of them you see appear in greens supplements where typical serving size is on average a rounded tablespoon.

The fish oil only contains 700 mg of combined EPA/DHA.

Basically the more intriguing components of the product will still require you to practically get 70% or more of the dose for those components from other sources. The stuff also costs $42.99, honestly, IMO the multi-v part of the product is ok but your paying a heavy premium for an ok multi-v.

If you truly believe this, you need to re-evaluate everything. Why are you looking at doses? Look at the forms and relative ratios. You think simply maxing out vitamin intake is the goal with a multivitamin?

I'm not gonna do a head-to-head because it will be misconstrued as bashing rather than simply being informative, but arnold pak looks quite fine to me

    Yes.

i would take a good organic fish oil separately, i mean it is not necessarily better because of the extra fish oil. I would still have to look at the Iron packs label.

I took animal paks for long time but switched to arnold MP Iron packs and the Iron pack is better. Higher dosages does not mean it's better - I like the certain things are low or don't have a lot in it . 1. Vitamin D is something that you should take separate 2. DAA bulk is so cheap I take it separate 3. Omega 3s are probably the bet thing a person can take and it has some in it one good dose but everyone should take a good dose of EPA DHA 3-4 times a day. I love that the packs are not freaking huge horse pills and yes they use color dyes but the dosages are freaking great and I believe Arnold is working with MP right now on reformulating it a little. It's just about a buck a pack and I love everything in it and it's much easier to swallow but te most important thing is that the dosages & the way the body takes it in is better. Really I think the Arnold pack is better than the animal Pak been on iron pack almost 1 year now and took animal Pak since mid 90s. Take the iron pack eat decent drink lots of water enjoy some caffeine and lift weights. You will feel like a million bucks. Also after taking the iron pack yiu should smoke a punch cigar and enjoy your life!
