    EC stack is best ever

    Honestly love it. Just working up to full dose now. If you want to lose fat this is the way to do it. Seeing mad changes in my body. Don't fall for the other chit and just do ec stack

    Agreed that EC is better than the mainstream stims, but keep in mind the effect is pretty small (talking 1-2%). Its not a magic pill by any means. No replacement for hard work and dedication.

    In my case, it uncovered a heart defect and I had a pretty scary reaction - at a healthy 22 years old. I wouldnt tell people not to use it, but its always a good idea to discuss things with your doctor and go slow.

    Where are you getting your EC stack?

    Most sites (including this) nowadays sell fat burners with: caffeine, green tea extract and yohimbe. It's hard to find EC anymore.
    Weight Loss: Go carnivore or keto combined with 16/8 IF. It'll create easy calorie deficit. Meat is good and heals, stop being lied to.

    Actually most studies are between 5-10%. I have tracked it at 8% increase in TDEE.

    Source to studies is link in the sticky on EC in Lyle McDonald forums. Someone collected all studies in one place.

    Here in Canada we can buy 50 8mg tablets for $5
    Seeing as you are in US, it's hard to find Ephedrine HCL. Your best option for Ephedrine in the states is probably Bronkaid or something similar.

    May I ask why one would want to take a "stack"?
    Started 2012 at over 410lbs (that was as high as my scale went) and I ended the year at 260lbs.

    Still going strong while eating whatever I want - whenever I want; I just keep it to under 2000 calories a day.

    You could also add increased tolerance as a con. A lot of people get hooked on that jacked-up feeling, all that energy and they have to increase the amount because they build a tolerance; eventually, when they try to stop, they can barely function or wake up without popping some pills. That **** can become a real deal addiction.

    The thermogenesis happens when stacking ephedrine with caffeine. Without stacking together, it doesn't make an effective stim.

    I have always used bronkaid as I have asthma, but the reaction is different when paired with caffeine. Does double duty for me.

    Only works short-term IME. You'll get super excited for 1-3 weeks but that's it. For real consistency, you need to RELAX & rest, which is harder on the EC stack. The hunger suppression arguments are not really worth it

    It's obvious that you just started to take the stack. You'll change your mind in a few days

    To each his own, I 'spose, but I couldn't see the benefits outweighing the costs... for me.

    Thanks for the lesson, tho; I had no idea that there were actually real benefits to using these types of drugs.

    That was my experience for the most part. Lots of initial appetite suppression for a few weeks, but after that faded, I grew to really dislike the constant feeling of tension it gave me. I stuck with it for quite awhile, and I do think I saw results above what I'd have gotten without it, but the cost was a little higher than I'd have liked.

    Mind you, I think there is no better preworkout stimulant. I always felt like a beast lifting with it, especially fasted.

    Thats true about the appetite suppression, however it should be noted that thermogenic properties persist continually. On bodyrecomposition.com , Lyle states that there is evidence it actually improves slightly over time.

    Loved the energy EC gave me in the gym but I got really tired eyes after using it and a bit of a comedown so stopped taking it
