Someone attempted to access the store (Even though its disabled) and the game asks for this XML file:
http://prod.cloud.rockstargames.com/...mmerceData.xml
Where this text was found:
"Cash is king in this town. Solve your money problems and help get what you want across Los Santos and Blaine County with the purchase of cash packs for Grand Theft Auto Online. All purchased cash is automatically deposited into your character’s bank account. Spend wisely, cash therapy is fleeting."

If they need money I'd be happier to pay for the online part for $8 once if that means I get everything free. This **** is so stupid
releasing a city for download or releasing an entire pack of weapons is different. But buying money just ****s everything up. Your cars and property depend on money so any ******* can go and pretty much reach the top of everything if they have the money

it's not pay to win...
aren't all the things you buy online cosmetic? I'm sure you can afford new weapons and stuff like that with just the money you earn via online missions.
If people are dumb enough to spend their real life money on stuff like a house, garage, and cars to roam around in then they should be entitled to. They won't be given any sort of advantage.

"You can spend petty cash customizing your character, outfits, weapon of choice, or favorite vehicle"
They're implying it won't be that hard to get these things at all, and the big bucks are spent on buying a condo or a big garage. Even if they spend money early I'm sure they have to unlock the weapons via doing a few missions to keep things fair.Last edited by yogurt23; 09-23-2013 at 08:26 AM.

thats greed if so. I could see a sub if they constantly have to update and create new content and whatnot but if cash rules everything and you can buy cash its ****. you're suppost to work with a squad and rob and earn cash while going around doing crazy ****. If this is true it means some rich spoiled 10 year old is going to dump his parents money in the game and start out with the best of everything.

I'm a PC master race and I wouldn't pay for chit in online either. It's not about the money, I can afford it, but when you make stuff pay to win it loses its fun. It's a load of sheit, I don't wna buy stuff to win, I wna win by own hand. Also our less fortunate poverty bros are guna be fked even though they paid full price for the game, now they'll have to deal with losing to 13 year olds decked out in the best gear paid for by their mommys credit card.
