If I deadlift at the gym, go home, and just relax, like go on the computer, watch TV, sit around, then my lower back would feel so sore and uncomfortable. But if I have some work to do and am on my feet doing stuff, there's no pain/soreness and I feel perfectly fine. Anyone else have this issue? I don't think my form is an issue, but just in case here's a video in this form check thread I posted a week or so ago.

Foam rolling will most likely help you out. Really roll your back and legs and the soreness (I'm guessing it's really more of an ache/tiredness?) will subside.
Most likely the 'why' is due to a weak core. Start doing some ab-training ie. not crunches x 1 billion. Do some weighted heavy ab-work. And work on engaging your core when you do heavy compound lifts.

Thanks for the responses. I started doing Joe Defranco's Limber 11 twice a week. Never really foam rolled the lower back because I thought it's kinda useless? And how exactly am I supposed to stretch the lower back?
