    Angry Wrist Pain After Basketball

    I'm new to this site so I really don't know where this should go. Please let me know if this isn't the right place

    For starters, this happened 3 days ago, I got done playing basketball and i noticed the tendons of my left wrist were hurting a lot. The next day they weren't hurting so I decided to go play some more basketball. After that, I noticed that both of my wrist tendons were hurting. If I flex my forearm then it hurts even more if that has to do with anything. Also, if I bend my middle finger all the way down and leave all my other fingers up then it also hurts.


    EDIT: Change all the wrist tendons to front forearm tendons, sorry
