Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!

In my opinion making up a play on words with pasta for the title just makes it sound really unauthentic to me. Just a straight italian ("Ginos" or "Uncle Guiseppis" ) name makes it sound much more legit and authentic in my opinion. For good italian food I'd bet my money on a restaurant named "Ginos" than "Pasta Heaven" any day. I guess it depends what you are going for though, for some reason im assuming you want the place to be as authentic an italian restaurant as possible

"Pasta La Vista"
Only works if you hire Jason Genova to re-enact this scene in the middle of your restaurant ever hour on the hour.
