serious mass vs whey gold standard

    Hey guys

I'm about to finish my whey gold standard and i'm considering buying serious mass since it's cheaper , but I want to take your advice , should I replace my whey gold standard ?

1- i want more cals since I get busy sometimes that I can't eat enough " I sometimes eat only 3 meals " without snacks " that's why I'm considering taking serious mass "

So what do you guys think ? should I buy serious mass ?

Also is the flavor good ? i didn't like iso pure , but I liked iso 100 + gold standard " chocolate "

I usually only eat 1-2 meals a day. Stick with protein. If you want more calories use whole milk, oats, peanut butter or whatever.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

Yes they are both protein, but the Serious Mass is more technically named a "mass gainer". It may be cheaper but look at the amount of servings you're getting for that price.
