Another Dui checkpoint refusal but he has kids. Glad he's exercising his rights against silly DUI checkpoints. Hopefully his kids will learn at an early age that police officers are not your friends and that they will incriminate you.

Not to mention the guy said some BS about smelling something in the car. Already trying to incriminate him.

How many officers were working that? SPending like 400 an hour on a DUI checkpoint? Seems like it would be better having all those officers on patrols in the area cover more roads that way.


Also I didn't know the thing about the sober rail rate for most tests. I have thought most people are so fat/stupid they couldn't do most of those even when sober I guess that's true.

But since this country has been founded and up untill 1990 roadblocks have been deemed unconstitutional by your own 4th amendment..........................and as a matter of fact still is depending only on the state which the supreme court allowed the state to chose. even though the supreme court has no right to "modify" our constitution in the first place.

IMO he is a loser of a dad teaching his son to be disrespectful to people in authority. He cannot understand that there are rules in society and that we all have to answer to someone. He probably belongs to some anti establishment militant group.

Every court in the United States says differently bro. But that doesn't mean you lose all rights during a traffic stop.

SCOTUS says they are constitutional. Many states disagree and outlaw them though. It's a reasonable debate, but they are legal in many places. Lots of studies say they are more effective in combatting drunk driving too. It just takes an officer an incredibly long time to pull someone over, do SFTSs, do a chemical test, get a warrant for a chemical test if they need to, etc. Also, such a minute fraction of drivers get stopped by patrolling cops that it serves absolutely no deterrent effect.
