never really said i liked it, i just do it.
i am about to change things up a little when i get back from travels next week. I am going to go back to trying to put it at the end of lifting, at least 15-20 minutes.
We shall see how that works

I lifted this evening too. No kids and we live WAYYY up on a hill and haven't had any trick or treaters in years.

Thoughts - Few things I thought maybe I could go heavier on but didn't want to push the left shoulder but so much. Besides, tomorrow will be a rest day, unless I do some sort of cardio but wanted to leave a little bit in the shoulder so I can do chest and back this weekend before I leave Monday afternoon. I figure the time I am gone, the rest the shoulder will get, I am hoping it will heal a bit. Hotel gyms are not even so so at best, so not much I can do, except make sure I pack my bands.
I had good energy and strength this evening. Aside from holding back to save the shoulder, focus was not the best on point it has been. Alot on my mind at the moment but won't bore you with details. Just phucked up chit, that's all.
That is one thing I don't think I have really hit on before is focus and concentration. For training purposes anyway, it has gotten better over time with this stack. Sometimes I actually have to reset myself during a set to hone in on the MMC, but it's there.
Anyways, I'll check back later tomorrow.

Thoughts - I should have taken a rest day But I was motivated, for the way I felt anyways. Got work done. Will enjoy college football tomorrow and try to get things together for my trip next week.
I have been enjoying this stack quite a bit. Not much more time left on it as I am running low and can see the bottoms of the tubs.
I feel I have been gaining some strength and in some ways, I feel I have pushed a little harder than I was in the beginning and this is due to the stack. I mean, hell, I pulled 315 again. Never thought I would see that again n deads, so that's a +.
I do kind wish I didn't have this trip coming up but I can at least step back and consider it somewhat of active rest as I am sure the hotel "fitness center" will be a whole lot of nothing but still going to continue the supps.
Anyways, check back in tomorrow between games.

Sorry guise. Not much to update today. Was up at 530am doing stuff and although was home around 1030am, been dealing ith a phucking headache and stiff neck. Been trying to watcha little CFB but not been very enjoyable with the way I feel.
Test HD today but no CreaCore.
Going to see how much of the big game I can watch this evening. Other then that, it's been a whole lot of nothing but this today:

Sorry for the short and brief post but still have a few things to do. Leaving straight from work tomorrow for a 2 day class for work then headed further down south to see my dad. enjoy the trip as best you can. I hear your pain on Planet Fitness. when my job sent me out of town a couple months ago there was a Planet Fitness with in walking distance they would not give me a guest pass or sell me a day pass.

well, like i mentioned, i am away of both business and personal travels. In RDU at the moment for a couple of days.
Kept us with my Test HD and even drank a mix of my 360pre and a scoop of creacore during last half of drive. Kept me awake after the day I have had.
I will be playing each day by ear and feel. No gym until I get to MB SC and even then, not sure. Test HD on the agenda everyday and at least 1 scoop of CreaCore each day.
Not too familure with this laptop yet so not going to be very detaile posts or no vids of music for now
Keep at it and I will visit as time allows.I'm back.......kinda.....sort of....
