After a bit of a snafu and a little wait, I have received, from the kindness of BlueRev and MuscleTech, CreaCore and Test HD. I greatly appreciate the being selected to try these products out to see what benefit they may be to me.

A little bit about me: Age, weight, ect. is listed with my avai so no need to list that. I am still on the meand, yes still, after almost a year out from double cervical fusion surgery. I lost alot od strength and some size in a short amount of time as well as picking up some unwanted body fat. My strength has been a slow process in recovering as my nerves were damaged quite a bit and some of my muscles do not "fire" like they should. Hence, I also am a bit off on symentry.
I do not have a training "plan" per sey', I just change things up every so often. My severe OCD prevents me from doing any kind of plan, unless it is written down and forcebly given to me along with demos if I amnot sure what is being spoken of, therefor, I do alot and have learned pretty much all on my own.
I am only back at dead lifting after almost a year and weight being pulled I hope to improve, however I still cannot DL on a regular basis yet.
I only attempted squats for the first time in almost a year as well and I already know, this will not happen anytime soon but I do what I can do when it comes to legs.
What I am hoping to accomplish on this short run with CreaCore and Test HD is a little bit of recomposition, drop a bit of body fat, get a more full look and feel to what muscles I have and boost some of my body's natural energy and strength. The training may be a little boring and light-weight to some, but I do work none the less. I post music vids from time to time as whatever comes across that helps me lift, motivate and pretty much kick the chit out of the iron. Be fore warned, my music is uncensored (when I can find it) and may offend, or motivate, either way, it's what I like.

I received my package Wednesday evening when I got home, so Thursday, took my 1 cap Test HD in the morning and 1 cap before the gym. Thursday was strictly 61 minutes cardio and ab work.

Thoughts - Session was ok. Didn't seem to be as brisk of a pace this evening. Had alot on my mind though so may have been one reason. I am also self rehabing a shoulder snafu as well so strength is down from that too. Dr. visit?...........meh....as soon as I have time. Struggled with it during my last log so I can make it through this one.
As for the Test HD, obviously nothing to comment on about that as this is only my second day.
As for the CreaCore, first taste of it this evening. No format here but first impressions for now were average. I got the Orange Fusion. It defenitly popped my eyes open. It had an after taste of an orange creamcicle. Not a favorite flavor but will man up amd use it anyway. Besides, not all things that are benificial for you are always going to taste great. It's managable though. Mixed fairly well. No problems there. I will have more about this a little later in the log.
For now, I have to finish up as my hands are tired and I am not spelling or typing worth a chit right now.

Well, Saturday was a bust for most anything. Nutrition was not good, although beit not all that bad. Was out all day long from 6:30am-7:30pm. A typical workday is like that but the weekend is supposed to be a little more laid back. At any rate, nothing done on Saturday.

Thoughts - As far as the Test HD and CreaCore go, not much to say as of yet. This Orange Fusion is going to take some getting used to though.
Deads was a spur of the moment decision. I was going to lay off of them for at least another week or two but the gym was empty and it was like, "what the hell, why not". Hence why I only did a few sets as I did not want to push it too far. My left arm is still weak as phuck and don't know if it is ever going to get back to normal but I keep trying. Curls were weak at best but at least this time I was feeling the contractions better in my left. I was going so slow and trying to focus so much on the contraction, reps were not many at all.
All in all though, wasn't a bad session, especially since I didn't have one yesterday.
So, Cardio and abs will end up being on the menu for Monday evening.

Sorry no update yesterday. I just have a ton o' chit happening right now, some of which I will go into later as it may effect the log a little.
I did get a leg session in yesterday evening and will try and get this update in later today as time allows me as I am at work and have to bounce back and forth between things so be patient.

Thoughts - Squats suxed but in some own self defense, I was trying for more form than anything. That's phucked at the moment. Add to that I just can't take the pressure of the bar on my traps and squats tend to be suxy. Believe it or not though, I didn't mind and was rather pleased as I can live to fight another day. Rest of the session was good though. I figured, since I legs got as tight as a snare drum, pumping like mad and all I could manage to do was a hobble, it'll do.
