Okay guys I'm starting to get back serious with bodybuilding after taking a couple weeks off. I know about nutrition and diet with bulking. Eat eat eat, but I'm really struggling finding a routine I like. I was wondering what routine you guys have ran and have gotten great results during your bulk? Thanks guys

Currently running a body part split which i'm enjoying, will go back to a push/pull/legs soon
There isn't one optimal routine OP, just get on one that hits every muscle group 1-3 times per week, and focuses on progressive overload, time under tension etcAustralian Natural Bodybuilder.
