Step 2
Hangout with chick. be it a party, club, social event, whatever. But make your intentions known during said hangout.

Depending on chick hangout a few times more then smash.

There are parties every night of the week. You can hear it. Make friends, have multiple friend circles. Ask a girl if she wants to study with you, grab some food after class, etc.

If you just want to get laid, dates are not required - like other people have said, just go out. Find out where the parties are at (they're definitely happening somewhere). Sloots gon sloot, drunk sloots gon sloot harder. Lived at college for 3 years.. I'm fairly picky & don't go out that often, but even I've had my fair share of drunken mistakes; most other girls I know are much worse.
