When I swam in college people would fight over peanut butter. I once watched a guy eat two containers of the stuff. I at least had the self control to only eat one (during certain parts of the season we swam four hours a day and no food was safe from us. The local Subway would run out of meat and cheese).
Polymaths have it made.

First and foremost it's crunchy almond butter, the first jar I ever got I ate in 2 days, oops! Then peanut butter, has to be crunchy though. To a lesser extent anything with chocolate or homemade baked goods or ice cream. I love to bake and find that I have to avoid sampling whatever dough/batter I'm making or I end up having more than just a taste, like a lot more.

Need details on this whipped pb.
Let's see...cereal, peanut butter, baked goods, CANDY. I'm ok if I don't start. Cereal is ALWAYS in my house - my husband eats 2 boxes a week - and I just have to pretend it isn't there. Once hand enters box of cereal, all bets are off. I turn into a crazy carb monster.

I have no problem avoiding the things I know I shouldn't have - takeaways, sweets, cookies, beer etc... It's the things that are supposed to be good for you that I struggle with.
I could easily sit and munch an entire box of Bran Flakes, museli of any sort, granola etc.
If I eat one slice of crusty bread, I'm liable to eat half the loaf (with an obscene amount of butter).
Nuts, raisins, fruit.... it's all bound to kickstart a food-tracking derailment.

I have a major sweet tooth. Just a month ago, I was getting myself a slice of cake or a couple of cookies at the bakery a few times a week. My biggest enemy are Reese's peanut butter cups, though. I'm so glad I quick my second job when school started; I worked the cafe inside a gym. On slow nights, I'd be sitting there surrounded by food, and despite being a GYM, we sold candy and cookies. I dropped a few pounds just by leaving the place.
Giving up most of the sweets has been easier than I thought it'd be. I guess aiming to get more fiber and protein in my diet has caused me to stuff satisfied, so I don't get that many cravings. Last major craving I got was last week when I bought a bar Lindt white chocolate, but managed to make it last 3 or 4 days. I purposed switched to Lactaid instead of regular milk because it taste sweeter. A glass of that, and I'm set. Also, an apple with whipped peanut butter has become my new favorite thing. Peanut butter taste amazing when you're not eating cakes and cookies three times a week. Speaking of, here's some nutritional facts for regular Whips if anyone's interested:

Also, I found this image while browsing around a while back. I saved it to my computer and phone so I can refer to it any time I get a craving for something. It's saved me from making stupid decisions a few times. Feel free to chime in if any of the info on it is way off, though. Here's hoping it actually attaches to my comment.

Back in the day when I used to crave stuff I could eat a whole jar of biscuits in one go. Usually shortbread. Other favorites include red frogs, lolly bananas, ice-cream yummmm
