Hey guys, never did a fat burner before but i think im going to try out MP's Shred Matrix. Just wondering what some of the experiences you guys had on this, or if you recommend a different fat burner. What im looking to get it increased energy in the morning before having to sit in class all day (not really related to fat burning but id like this) along with help losing a couple % of body fat especially around mid section and hips. Im currently lean, probably about 10-11% bf, but looking to get lower. Thanks guys

yea man to be completely honest ive always been extremely lean regardless of my diet because i played ice hockey 5 days a week on the ice along with 1-2 off ice training sessions throughout the week. So regardless of my diet, ive always been low bf %. Well that being said, i stopped playing hockey 2-3 years ago, am now 25 and my normal eating habits have caught up to me a bit, only in the sense that i like to be very lean and have gained a bit. Therefore, ive worked on my diet alot as of late, and was just looking for a little extra help especially in the energy department to help keep me focused in long classes. Thanks for the advice i appreciate it!

Ive never tried shred matrix, but if your open to different thermogenics, I would suggest that you check out Ripped Juice EX2. Great long lasting energy, mood enhancement and fat burning to go along with it!
For those that love to train!

Not worth it... As others have posted it is more about diet/exercise consistency. I actually got a small bottle of shred matrix as a part of a promo deal on something I ordered... It says right on the bottle that inadequate water intake can cause your throat to swell up... Dosage is 3 caps, I started out at 1/day, the next day 2/day, and when I went to 3/day, that morning I literally thought my throat was going to swell shut (for real)... and I was very careful about my water intake. I ended up drinking so much water after I took it that morning that I got sick just because of the amount of water I had in my stomach trying to open my throat up. Not a good experience. Ended up tossing the rest of the bottle

yea i think ive decided to just invest in a bottle of caffeine pills 100 pills @ 200mg a pill for 5 bucks, and ill just take that in the morning because im not a big coffee drinkers. ive start implementing about 20 minutes of medium paced cardio after my workouts and due to my body-type i think ill reach my goal within the month or so.
