TNA is the No1 wrestling show in Germany, broke the rating record for wrestling twice in a row.
TNA in Japan on Nippon Television Network, got 49.5 million viewers on 8/17/13, that's more than WWE, NJPW, AJPW, NOAH all put together. Since Rampage joined the numbers have not been dissimilar.
TNA gets roughly 50,000,000 viewers in India and 10,000,000 in South Africa.
Across Europe TNA kills WWE. In practically every non North American country that both TNA and WWE are show TNA dominates by a large margin and is usually on a better channel because of this.
Point is, TNA isn't going out of business anytime soon lmao. Stephanie McMahon has sold most of her shares in WWE, is WWE going out of business?

Great points. I don't think its the viewership completely around the world.
I think their problem lies on PPV buys, Merchandise, Ticket Sales etc. They are making tons of cuts which for any company is great. But they are making cuts a bit more frequently than most companies. I think the reason people think they are going out of business is it almost seems like these cuts are coming from PANIC mode.

Pisses me off some people are still talking about Panda Energy like it's phucking Duke Energy or General Electric. Yeah, they have a lot in assets, for example a 300 million dollar power plant, but that doesn't mean the god damn plant is generating that much every year, or even every 10 years. I've read in several places that Panda Energy profited just 28 million in 2008, yet TNA fanbois will claim it's worth 4 billion dollars and could buy WWE in a heart beat if it was so inclined.
Why is this relevant? Because it shows that TNA doesn't have the financial backing to continue putting on $700,000 that earn them $100,000.
Give it a year and they'll be just another chitty territory led by a 40 something cougar who I would gladly make love to.

No need to to call names. Are you in the third grade.
As it is, I looked it up and read it wrong...they were talking about canceling tour dates stateside and making a central studio again. In the article it mention the UK tour...but it said they would decide on a home arena after the UK tour.
I read wrong. :shrug:Last edited by War Machine; 09-18-2013 at 05:06 PM.

OP just posted a bunch of numbers without any facts behind them, I have provided the true story behind yhese before and it will be a pain to post them all again, but certain ratings are taken from comparisons of when TNA is aired in primetime on a free channel, compared to when WWE is aired live at 2:00 in the morning, and does not equate thr ratings for the reruns of RAW at better times throughout the week which actually pull in more numbers than TNA.
Arenas are also never full during a TNA event, ask anyone who has actually went. Thry always give away free tickets and still cant fill the house.

The numbers are skewed / bs.
The number listed for Nippon television is almost half of Japan`s population...Lol.
To break it down as an undeniable lie:
Est. population of Japan: 127.6 million.
B.S. reported ratings: 49.5 million
Avg. number of people per household in Japan: 2.55
127.6 divided by 19.5: 2.57...
That means pretty much every single household in Japan would have to be watching TNA (lol), which would mean every household would have to have a t.v. (they don`t, numbers are declining), pretty much nobody could be at work or school, the aging population (senior citizens) would all have to be watching, and not a single other channel on Japanese television would have any ratings, since every house would be watching TNA`s must-see product.
The ridiculousness of this lie just has to make me neg OP, there is no way you can actually take a look at the facts and believe this.
INDIA:
Same deal for the India info, the estimated number of television sets in India with cable is just over 103 million... So half of all Indians with cable would have to tune in to TNA according to OP, however the channel TNA is on, Sony Six, is actually satellite only, which only 54 million homes in India have. So again, literally everyone with satellite t.v. in India is apparently watching TNA.
SOUTH AFRICA:
Sport is their 14th most watched program.
Their first most watched is Soap Operas with 1-1.5 million per highest viewed program.
The third most watched program of 2012 in South Africa had 6.4 million viewers. The average viewership for sports programming is 40k-50k.
OP is claiming TNA is the most watched program in South Africa defying all of the countries trends and tastes. OP is a liar. Not going to look into anything else he says, it`s pure bs.Last edited by SageKing; 09-19-2013 at 01:58 AM. Reason: More evidence OP is a liar added.

Only Dixie & co know the financial situation-but it has never been great. It was going out of business until the Jarrett's sold the majority of it to Panda. It depends on how business remains-if it takes a huge nosedive he will likely sell it. Frankly considering the abysmal booking that has been with the company since day one some eleven years ago it is incredible it is still going.

to be fair to op i have seen multiple stories flying around the web recently about tna doing insane tv numbers outside of the usa e.g this one is probably the funniest considering the population of australia is 22.68 million
TNA IMPACT WRESTLING delivered 19.3 million viewers on Saturday Nights at 8:30pm AEST on Fuel TV . That’s bigger than MTV’s Jersey Shore and TLC’s Jon & Kate Plus 8 in the U.SA..
The latter previously held the cable record, with 9.6 million viewing during Jon & Kate‘s tabloid-fueled surge in 2010. The episode was up 86 percent and was watched by 17.3 million adults 18-49.
“Thanks to its authentic and engaging characters TNA IMPACT WRESTLING has become more than just a wrestling show, it is a cultural phenomenon,” said Julian Clarke Chief executive officer of News Corp Australia that is owned by Fox Sports Pty Ltd and runs Fuel TV. “We would like to thank the the president of Total Nonstop Action Wrestling We are all Happy at Fuel TV Dixie Carter, Happy as can be.”your arms are too short to box with god
