I feel like my lifts are growing a bit slow but i'm still happy with them.
Bench: Start - 245lb, End - 265lb. (Not much growth because I was really focusing on my squat to bench ratio which was terrible :P)
Squat: Start - 265lb, End - 340lb
Deadlift: Start - 280lb, End - 320lb
In this whole process I've only gained about 2lbs, but cut quite a bit of fat.
Just wanted to see how you guys thought my ratio is now compared to before.
New Stats as of today. 5'10 170lbs

how is your deadlift lower than your squat.
Disregard bodyweight, acquire aesthetics.
