Skull Crushers x3
curlsx3
seated calf raises x3
Machine crunches x3
Friday
Front Squats x3
Deadlift x3
Lat Pulldown x3
BB row x3
Incline B press x3
Db flyes x2
Military press x3
Tricep overhead extensions x3
conc.curls x3
calf raises x3
machine crunches x3
(rep range between 8-10 reps)
I thought about doing cardio on tuesdays and early on saturdays with empty stomach and playing basketball on thursday.
Do you think it's okay?
