    Talking What do you think about this routine?

    Full Body Workout

    Monday and Wednesday:
    Squats x4
    lat pulldown x3
    bbrow x3
    Benchpress x4
    Military press x4
    Skull Crushers x3
    curlsx3
    seated calf raises x3
    Machine crunches x3

    Friday
    Front Squats x3
    Deadlift x3
    Lat Pulldown x3
    BB row x3
    Incline B press x3
    Db flyes x2
    Military press x3
    Tricep overhead extensions x3
    conc.curls x3
    calf raises x3
    machine crunches x3

    (rep range between 8-10 reps)

    I thought about doing cardio on tuesdays and early on saturdays with empty stomach and playing basketball on thursday.
