    Diet

    Hi guys, Came across this incredible book by Kris Gethin. Just have one problem. The book mentions various things which we can eat during the transformational phase but as I am from India the choices given are a bit difficult to find here and also i am living in a hostel so could you pls suggest a more apt substitute which i can find here in India more readily.

    I agree with all the above. Get plenty of protein and...some good fat and slow digesting carb sources to fuel the machine!!!
