Lifting actually showed me nothing in life can be as taxing as lifting, so I worry less = a chit ton happier in life. I gained the courage to pursue a couple of my oneitis' and also the courage to finally enlist into the military (dream since 7 years ago). U mad lifting sparked positive change in my life brah?

I truly hate the current "gym culture".
I'm almost embarrassed if ppl talk about their split or macros in public or post any of the motivation garbage.
If you have to constantly remind the world via social medial that you're a bodybuilder or runner or whatever.. I got sum bad news. You're probably not those things

agreed, once it becomes an impractical lifestyle to live it just defys the point IMO. I just lift hard, do all the right compounds with good form and try to eat as much and as healthily as I can. But then again to each their own, some people love doing the whole macro thing and spending thousands on supplements.
